Adaptogenic Tahini Bliss Balls

These little guys are so easy to create and make for a really hearty / healthy snack! 


- 1/2 cup oat flour (plain oats blended up into a powder)⠀

- 1/2 cup tahini ⠀

- 3 Tbs raw cacao

- 2.5 Tbs maple syrup ⠀

- 1 tsp ashwagandha ⠀(or just omit this)

- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀

- Dash of cardamom ⠀

- Pinch of salt ⠀

- Sesame seeds to coat (option to also roll them in shredded coconut! ⠀


Mix oat flour, herbs, cacao, spices and salt into a mixing bowl. Pour in the tahini and maple syrup, mix it all up! Shape into little balls and roll in sesame seeds to coat. ⠀

Place in refrigerator to chill for 20-30 minutes so they firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and eat within 5 days!
